How Engagements Are Structured
This page is a plain-language overview. It is not a legal agreement; the signed agreement for each engagement governs.
Introduction call
The 30-minute introduction call is free of obligation and does not create a paid engagement.
Assessment
Assessment scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment are presented in a proposal. Paid assessment work begins only after an assessment agreement is electronically signed through DocuSign and the required payment is received.
Implementation
Implementation is a separate engagement. Pricing is developed after the assessment, and a separate implementation agreement is signed before any implementation work begins.
Ongoing support
Ongoing support is optional and established through its own agreement. Clients are never automatically enrolled in a recurring plan.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for each engagement are set out in that engagement's signed agreement.
Estimates
Any financial figures shared are estimates or projections, subject to validation and implementation. NetWorth LLC does not guarantee savings, ROI, or specific results.
